keyy

I am a dancer, painter, and music enthusiast originally from SoCal and currently living in Brooklyn. I bring as much energy to the dance floor as I do to my canvases, using recycled wood as a canvas to create eco-friendly oil paint portraits. As Afrocentric Keyy, my art aims to spark conversations and preserve the unique qualities of the wood. I want to create a safe space for Black women's stories to be heard. My art has given me a unique perspective on the power of diversity in the world.
